Walk in ART is a monthly event hosted in Hillcrest in Mural Alley (South of University between 4th and 5th St). Expect a night filled with lively entertainment, art, food, and music in and around Mural Alley. Mural Alley is a classic urban alley that has been fully transformed and adopted by muralists. Walk in ART features unique vendors, creative food offerings with a range of delicious dishes, music, and surprise performances.

December Performers/Timeline:
5:00 - 6:45 pm - DJ Jüsto: From out of the cosmos arrives DJ Justo to bring justice to an unjust world. Armed with the universal language of music, DJ Justo brings a message to the people of Earth: No people are free until all people are free! His mission is to deliver this message, one party at a time.
7:00 - 7:45 pm Swing Dance Class : Get ready to get into the swing of things with our special swing dancing session lead by Gale and Nancy! They are San Diego Lindy hop swing dancer whose wish is to spread the joy of partner swing dance. Their enthusiasm as teachers will help comfortable lead all ages into getting their feet stomping, those knees swiveling and faces beaming with smiles from swinging the night away!
8:00 - 8:45 pm | 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm Nightshade Navarro & Los Salvajes: Nightshade Navarro & Los Salvajes is a sizzling jazz ensemble that brings the roaring 1920s swing scene to life with a bold, modern twist. Inspired by legends like Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, and other Harlem Renaissance icons, Los Salvajes lights up the stage with electrifying performances that whisk audiences back to the golden age of jazz.

My Pozole was born from a cherished family recipe passed down through generations and shared with loved ones at their annual New Year's Eve party. The joy of seeing their friends experience pozole for the first time and fall in love with it inspired Jorge to share his delicious tradition with everyone.

December: Naughty Toddy
Indulge in a cheeky twist on the classic hot toddy! This cozy concoction blends smooth whiskey with a touch of honey, zesty lemon juice, and steaming hot water. We have booths available to rent, a monthly opportunity for a free space for a Featured Artist, and paid time slots for creative performers.
